Nearing a Sellout
This is your last chance at Garage Unlimited of Monterey. The spacious garage-condos, with mezzanines 15 feet above the garage floor that can be customized into offices or leisure retreats with Internet service and cable TV, are nearly sold out. With 39 of the 46 units sold and 3 others pending, only 4 units remain.
Owners are busily customizing their mezzanines and spending time at Garage Unlimited on race days, when major sporting events are televised or simply to work on their cars or hang with friends. Announcing Monterey Motorsport Park
If you do miss out on Garage Unlimited of Monterey, don’t despair. The development team behind the facility has just announced spectacular Monterey Motorsport Park, an upscale garage-condo complex set to break ground next year with occupancy slated for early 2019. Similar in concept but with more high-end appointments, this will be the ultimate destination car community on the Monterey Peninsula.
Gordon McCall who hosts the dazzling McCall’s Motorworks Revival gala at the Monterey Jet Center, which kicks off Car Week, is part of our development team and plans to relocate his business to Monterey Motorsport Park once it opens.
